Looking for something to write...

Our market
Our market

Yikes!  From the desert to the ocean to the desert with an oasis.  I was without writing projects for... what... a year or more?  Suddenly, I've got three projects going in three different genres and my constant refrain is "not enough time"... Then, today, I woke up with nothing to do until time to oversee our stall at the Farmers' Market at 3, and I realized that all my projects are in someone else's hands.  My job is to wait.  What I want to do is start calling, emailing, shouting out the window... "Hey, is anyone ever going to get back to me?"  Then, I realize, I talked to my TV co-writer yesterday ("By the end of the week," he said), I only sent the first draft prologue of the book to my co-writer two days ago and the other writers on the Broadway project are having significant meetings and I've been told I'll just have to wait to hear what, if anything, my part will be.  Damn.  This is MUCH harder than writing!
