There's a very cool new website for women now in the 'net universe: Betty Confidential. It's cleverly written, non-dogmatic, an interesting mix of popular culture, politics, arts, books, stuff for moms and single ladies alike. I love it, and look at it nearly every day. (My one complaint is that they have that horrible video of Sarah Palin yakking away about something mindless while a Thanksgiving turkey is suffering a horrible death in the background - why give that idiot woman more bandwidth?! Although I guess it's well-used if it shows her gross insensitivity to animals in general. Or maybe that's just the vegetarian Jane up in arms. ;)
