Cat Bauer has lived in Venice, Italy since 1998. She is the author of HARLEY, LIKE A PERSON and HARLEY'S NINTH, published by Knopf, a division of Random House, and was a former contributor to the International Herald Tribune's Italian supplement, Italy Daily.
