My influences come from the mundane, shared experiences that people have. My parents, my adoptive parents, my partner, and my friends are all influential in my life as well.
My literary influences are Jim Daniels, Whitman, Dickinson, Thomas McGrath, Anne Sexton, Rane Arroyo, Frank O'Hara, Bob Hicok, Glenn Sheldon, Martha Collins, Stacia M. Fleegal and the list continues to grow.
