Sir Thomas Malory's "Morte d'Arthur". I saw the movie version of the musical "CAMELOT" as a teen and wondered, what if Arthur had a daughter? My protagonist, Lin ferch Arthur was concieved that very night. I read "Once and Future King", the basis for the movie, not long after that. My passion and obsession was born.
