Jennifer's life has included many wide and varying experiences, spurring the start of her writing career and love for the written word. From competing in Olympic Trials for synchronized swimming as a young teen, to years working as a model for Elite in New York City, Paris, Tokyo, and Chicago, Jennifer's young life also included often writing about her experiences. Choosing to attend college and live in a sorority, Jennifer earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Post-college, she worked in intercorporate technical sales with a Fortune 500 company. Jennifer is married to Brian; they have three young sons. Recently, the King family has relocated to Czech Republic as expats, and Jennifer now writes from their home near Prague. In any free time, Jennifer enjoys photography, gardening, oil painting and playing the piano and viola. She is currently working on her next novel.
