Red Room Where the Writers Are

It’s been twenty days. I’ve been working every day and night I can. I haven’t gone outside much. Maybe three times? Last night was the first time I drove in two weeks.

Oh my.  I had some things come up, and took a couple days off from writing.  Apparently a couple days ballooned into a week before I noticed!

Well, almost a train wreck. By early last week, I had typed some 27,000 words and thought I was heading for an early completion of the task.

I was conversing with a friend of mine, who actually is a writer, trying to convince him to join NaNoWriMo.

Well, now I've done it. I've gotten myself into a whole mess of trouble. I've joined National Novel Writing Month!

This year, my New Year's resolutions included finding a daily spiritual practice.
