I practice yoga, and I practice meditation. And I also "practice" writing. I like this concept, because it connects skill and inspiration. I'll begin with skill.

This year, my New Year's resolutions included finding a daily spiritual practice.

This week has been uphill so far as the writing is concerned - a 4.30am start on Tuesday left me struggling to stay awake in the hours I usually reserve for writing.
