Here is my summer reading list. It's a hodgepodge of books with something for everyone.

Took some time away from blogging, in order to think about my picture book situation. Now that my eldest is out of school for the summer, I will have even less time than usual to write.

Over the weekend my daughter attended a birthday party for a little girl she knows. My daughter just turned five a few weeks ago and this little girl was also celebrating her fifth birthday.

Things here have been so hectic that I haven't had the chance to write in a while. Things with my publishing house have been very chaotic, as has life in general.

So, as I mentioned a few days ago, I have been working on the revisions for my new middle grade novel.
