- I'll be a real book slut and piggy back my foray into thrillerdom by starting my better-be-a-surefire-hit-thriller novel this month. This morning, in fact. I'll plot it, character it and even have an ending before I start - totally unlike my usual writing method. How many words - hmmm?

- I said 'homolateral' not 'homosexual' silly. Begin a homolateral thinker means to rely primarily on your dominant brain; left or right, instead of being an integrated thinker. Optimal communication in the brain occurs when we think cross-laterally. Strongly developed neural pathways send signals on a traffic-free super highway between both hemispheres. In this ideal brain state, the neurons are ...

- Why has John Le Carré left his publisher out in the cold? is the headline in The Guardian today!"The relationship between writers and their paymasters has always been uneasy, as the veteran author's move demonstrates."_The GuardianThis seems to be true historically! The article in The Guardian gives some famous examples. Now there is no loyalty, but as The Guardian suggests, ...
