I'm dreading tomorrow - I have a very scary turkey in my fridge - it's in a "solution" - I've never eaten anything that was in a "solution" that was anything less than - well, scary. It just reminds me of formaldeyhde, or pickling brine, or non-dairy product - whatever that is.

Still - I have the old standby if it doesn't work out - I'll pretend to go out for cigarettes, but actually head for the bar at the local laundromat ("Suds and Duds"), and wait till everybody goes home. I love holidays!
