Successful First Day on NaNoWriMo
My first day was a success in this quest for the 50,000 word finish line that sits only 29 days away. I was able to knock out 6097 words today in a Novel I'm calling, "Escaping the Paradox of Justice."
Synopsis:
This story features an innocent character who figures out a way to leave the correctional facility where she is being held for a crime she did not commit. Although awaiting trial, this character knows that the circumstantial evidence is far too strong against her, and the likelihood of her lawyer being able to win the battle in court is about o%. Unfortunately, after she escapes, there is one man who has devoted his life to finding her and bringing her to justice. Never having known a life of crime, Josephine must reshape her entire way of thinking. She must live completely camouflaged within society, and do whatever she has to do to survive as a fugitive from the law. Little does she know the man tracking her has more than one reason to either lock her away from society or remove her from the grid, permanently.
I have never had a story come to me this fast. The way the beginning is tying together with other events is amazing. There was absolutely no planning whatsoever yet this story is falling into place in a way that has me amazed. I look forward to findng out how Josephine deals with the escape and how she handles being on the run. The suspense is killing me. lol.
I'll keep you updated! My best to all!
