I am very happy that Barack Obama won the Nobel Prize for Peace because he inspires millions of people around the world and he is also an inspiration to many young people. I may not always agree with the ways he views the world, but I am proud of his accomplishments. Some of you may say that he failed to meet his promises when it comes to healthcare and other matters, but he working hard. United States could of faced a second Great Depression, but he manage to pull the country out of that danger. I am not a United States' citizen, but I think the Republicans should also be happy that Obama won the Nobel Prize for Peace and work with him for the benefit of America, instead of calling him names and treating him like a Socialist. If Obama was a president of a European country, he would of been in the right, not in the left.

The other reason why I am happy that Barack Obama won the Nobel Prize for Peace, it's because I believe it is important to be happy for someone else's success. I was sad because I didn't win a single award, since I published by books and I am so sad that sometimes I feel like giving up, but it's just better to take a break and see what's to do next. If you choose to be happy on someone else's behalf, it increases the level of your maturity and you realize that you being to build yourself up little by little. If you are jealous of someone's success, then you destroying yourself and it will block you from making progress. I don't want to win the Nobel Prize for Peace because It's not someting that I am interested in, but I hope some day that I can win some literature awards.

Congratulations, Mr. President.

Thank you Nobel Prize Committee for making a wise decision.

I, too, am happy that President Obama was awarded the Nobel Prize for Peace. He brought the world hope during a time of great economic uncertainty. Surprisingly, an award that reflects positively on the leadership of the United States has caused such an unprecedented cacophany of dissent and discord among the so-called pundits, the elite and other elected officials.

Me too

He is an inspiration to many people around the world and we haven't seen this, since President John.F.Kennedy won the Pulitzer Prize and I wish Obama well for the plans he has to save United States from this recession. He is doing the best he can and he will deliver. Yes I agree with you that the Nobel Selection Committee made a wise decision by awarding Barack Obama the Nobel Peace Prize.
