Deadly bloodbath in a courtoom
The question I ask myself is why was that innocent woman killed in the court and I don't understand why the authorities didn't react earlier to avoid such a tragedy. Her name is Marwa Al-Sherbany and she is an Egyptian National who was attacked for wearing an Islamic headscarf. The attacker, Alex W. suspected her for being a terrorist. It does not matter what her religion was and I guess she was trying to adapt in the German society. In 2006, an African person was slaughtered in the eastern part of Germany and the authorities have failed to do something about such racial crimes.
I am so angry because the 28 year old man is a coward. He is not a man because a true man does not kill a woman, especially when she's pregnant. I would like to make things clear here I strongly condemn this attacks and I don't care if the woman was religious or not. She didn't do any harm to society and she was just living her life.
Unemployment is the cause because many Germans from both the east and the west are losing their jobs and they don't feel like their governments can offer them solutions. Some of them go to the extreme by leaning to far right parties so that they can feed on the blame game. If you are unemployed, do something to get a job and take responsibility for your life, instead of blaming your problems to immigrants and people of other ethnic groups who are doing jobs that you might not like.
You have a choice to make here. You can choose to make your life better or you can continue to blame someone else because you didn't get a job. If you choose to waste your energy in making such a stupid decision, then it's your fault that you're not succeeding. This problem is not just a German problem. It's a problem everywhere. In South Africa, White farmers are also getting killed and their attacks are racially motivated.
I am not a Humanistic Atheist, but I embrace some Humanistic values and I haven't heard the international community raising their voices about such a problem. I support Germany and my native country's (France) position on not accepting Turkey as an EU member because Turkey is not a European country, but that does not mean that a person has to be killed because of their ethnicity or their religion.
The EU is also contributing to this xenophobia because they don't want to listen to their own people. It's becoming like a Socialist organization because they don't even respect the sovrenenty of the nations. For example the Lisbon Treaty was rejected by the Irish and the European Union has not respected their decision so the Irish went to vote again. If the European Union accepts Turkey as an EU member, we will see the levels of hostility toward minorities across the EU getting worse and the European Union will have no one to blame, but themselves.

I was mortified when I learned of this poor woman, and just as mortified that her story seems abandoned by the press here, whether it be because she was Egyptian, or Muslim, or an immigrant, or a woman.
This tendency to ignore or trivialize such horrors exposes us as bystanders who, through our inaction, condone this sort of violence against those who, because of their color, beliefs or whatever, become easy scapegoats for a disgruntled majority. It seems to be a growing trend, to blame others.
The growing educational and socio-economic gap in society also provides fertile ground in which some plant the seeds of hate.

Seeds of hate
It's a big problem in many places around the world and in countries like Germany, there are lots extreme right wing group who kill because they choose to play the blame game, instead of taking responsibility for their lives. On the other side, there are Imams who can't stand the idea of a free society and they feed Muslim immigrant with ideas of jihadism and they try to radicalize them. Those Imams make it hard for immigrants to integrate in societies that welcome them.
