Afterthought

I come across this today as I correct the page proofs of This Incredible Need to Believe, which I translated last year for Columbia. These women": Kristeva means the subjects of her trilogy Feminine Genius: Arendt, Klein, Colette.
But I am suspicious of generalizations like this; they seem to fall too neatly into stereotypes of the feminine.
