Red Room Where the Writers Are

Now another girl is killed.  What is society to do with people who take someone else’s child, or even people who kill there own or harm them.  Many times I wished the people who violated me dead wether it be family or friends.

Then there is the law.  Criminals get all the rights.  Now before I get knickers in a knot I will explain.  Women who are raped or sexually assaulted, before there is an arrest, the law violates them around 4 more times.  

How is that, you may be asking.  First the Rape Kit is done.  This is the process of collecting evidence from the victim.  There are a lot of empathetic officers, nurses, doctors and councillors there to support the victim.  It doesn’t matter how may people are there, the victim is combed, plucked, swabbed, scraped, pictures of all injuries to get all the evidence.  Her clothes are taken from her and she is given a gown to wear.  

Now that this is done, there is the questioning by the police, which is very traumatic.  Now think has anyone ever been a victim of a crime, car accident.  How did you feel?  What was your state of mind at the time of questioning?  Now picture a person who was just sexually attacked!  Now remember your past indiscretion may come into play.  People may say you deserved.  Or you are a loose women.

Ok untie the knickers, this is not putting down women who have been violated, I was there and I received it all from being a tramp to a dirty women, to deserving it.  I speak from my own experience.  This is not the only crime where the victim are put under the magnifying glass.

Now before it goes to court the victim is violated up to 14 times.  They have to talk with the Prosecutor, Defense, Councilors, Doctors, Police and have to deal with their family members.

In my training and own life experience everything from incest, rape to being a victim of domestic violence.  I have found that more protection is given to the criminal.  They get the chance to plea bargain, suspended sentences, more hideous crimes they get protected custody.

If everyone researches the possibility that these people can be cured or reformed to live in society and never to commit another crime is very low.  Even with voluntary castration, “It Does Not Work”!
Restraining orders, do not work.  Court orders for them not to live in a area where there is children, does not work.  I’m sorry but my view on this to safe guard our children from these pedophiles is: 1-put them all in jail in open population 2-Send them all to the same jail. 3-Capital punishment.
                    
The only way these pedophiles will stop attacking or harming our children is when they are not breathing anymore.  As parents, grandparents our voice needs to be heard.  These crimes have to be stopped.  We coddle young offenders, we allow these crimes to keeping going on.  It’s time we take a stand and do something to these pedophiles.  It has to stop.  How many more do we have to loose?
