While MOST OUTRAGEOUS has slipped 450,000 places in the Amazon rankings within the last month, it has been the recipient of two positive reviews.  The first, from THE LIST, a slick Edinburgh weekly, simultaneously made MO a toast of two continents and doubled the attention paid it by the print media.
