Come one, come all to the Commonwealth Club tonight for a panel about writer's joining together to create networks to conquer the world! Well, maybe not the entire planet...

In the flyer promoting tonight's panel, Maya Angelou is quoted as saying: "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." I would like to humbly add that for some writers - Not all! - an almost-as-great agony is to write in isolation. The panel tonight will include amazing writers to talk not only about how writers network and interact, but also about the many ways that writers have pulled themselves together in San Francisco and beyond to build communities - in San Francisco, we are blessed with Litquake, the San Francisco Writers Grotto, Porchlight, The Progressive Reading Series, and many more... now there is Redroom.com...
