Say hello to Tallulah!
Meet Tallulah... the latest addidtion to our ratty family. Ryoma went to buy some provisions for our other girls yesterday evening and saw this little one in the section of the store reserved for unwanted critters. She had a serious eye infection when she first arrived at the store, so she missed being adopted with the other babies. She's spent the last four months of her life waiting for someone to take her home, and for some unknown reason that just didn't happen... until today. She has so much energy, is so friendly, and hasn't really stopped eating since she arrived. We fear she may blow up!

Tallulah!
I love the name. I just borrowed Lifeboat that has Tallulah Bankhead in it-great minds think alike...

Gina Collia-Suzuki says:
I chose Tallulah as a name
I chose Tallulah as a name for a future rat a while back, and when Ryoma found this girl they'd already given her that very same name. It's as if she were destined to live with us. She's just investigated under the bath. We have a rolltop so she had fun under there.
Dale Estey says:
You have given the two cats
You have given the two cats much to talk about. So far it is just a chorus of "yum".
Gina Collia-Suzuki says:
Her big sisters say 'bring
Her big sisters say 'bring it on'... they've frightened dogs before now. Actually, they've managed to frighten very big humans simply by looking at them. They have super powers.
Kathy Cummings says:
tooooo cute!
She is adorable, and makes me miss my beloved JoeAmos very much. He was a hooded rat and would do tricks!
Gina Collia-Suzuki says:
They leave such an empty
They leave such an empty space when they go don't they. Such tiny people, but such big personalities. Tallulah's only been here a few days but it feels like she's been here forever. She constructed her own tent yesterday... I think she wants to be a rat scout.
