Every house need to have library,and every library need to have dictionary.''One house without books is like body without soul!'' and one library without dictionary is like one road without roadsigns.Imagine how can you be oriented in a one this road.

Dictionary is very helpful to understand words which we can't understand without dictionary.We have a lot scientific words which we can't understand without dictionary.More important is this cause:we can't learn another language without dictionary.Ich people speak in his language,and need to have dictionary from his language in another language.If one people want to learn for culture of another people, like first need to create one dictionary.When creates dictionary,than it's lightly to teach language.For which language we want to learn,for that language need to have or to get dictionary.If we can't find dictionary we can use vocabulary!

Dictionary is very necessary for translation from which to ich language.And is very useful in lexicografy.In the end,I wanna say that library without dictionary is one Mumbo Jumbo.
