NaNoWriMo anyone?
This was my first year participating in NaNoWriMo and my first time attempting to write a novel. I finished the 50k by the 16th of November and completed the novel on the 22nd. This program really helped to motivate me and got me writing again after almost a decade of laziness. It also helped to inspire me to get back into many other things that I had neglected in my life. Thanks NaNoWriMo!!!

Congrats to you too! I had such a wonderful time writing for this competition. I find that I write better when I don't have to think about it and just do it. I hope to finish editing it soon and then will attempt to find a way to get it published. I would just love to see my book on someone else's shelf.
