Fenway Fiction Reading
As mentioned in the Events section, I'll be reading, along with the editor of the Fenway Fiction collections, at the Charlton Public Library on October 18th, 2008 at 1pm to around 2:30pm.
I spent most of my childhood in Charlton (escaping the mean streets of Worcester, Mass. at the age of two or so), where, at the time, cows nearly outnumbered people. Now, however, people definitely outnumber cows in the town, so it's perfectly safe to attend what's sure to be the Most Exciting Reading You've Ever Attended (tm). I would personally guarantee a stampede-free afternoon, but I'll withhold any bold proclamations because of what happened last time I did something like that.
First five people to mention that they got the news about the reading from RedRoom.com get a free Sane Magazine travel mug. (I'll likely have to ship them to you, as they'll never arrive in time for the 18th. But I'm a man of my word. Trust me.)
