What happens to your brain when you blog

When in doubt
When in doubt

Documenting your brain on digital has its pros and cons. But after watching this video I am on the side of the con. The con is when your writing blogs for someone, tweeting for someone or facebooking for someone that someone is not you in the present moment. And the psychologists are absolutely right.

When you are online and thinking your creating content in the "creative sense" you really are not. You are all about the alternate moment, rather than in the present moment. I think the true essence of creativity is in the present moment and that doesn't include being online.

So the case for creating something offline, is in my opinion, better for you.

What does that mean to your creative authenticism? Your not being creative as you could be. You could be doing better in your cave of solitude totally disconnected from the wired world.

Something to think about! ____Michael
