Last Friday, I was walking with Anna, my three dogs (Emma, Beau, Shadow) and her one dog (Spring) all off leash at the park. It was pouring rain, but they all needed the exercise, so we donned rain gear and walked. Isn't there is a song with those lyrics? I just had my 3rd ballroom dancing lesson today and I have to say, I am really liking it. For 45 minutes, the world goes away and in this economy, that can be a very good thing. One simply can't spend 24/7 worrying or menopausing and stay healthy.
