Red Room Where the Writers Are

I previously said that I'm always fascinated by the lives of other writers. I found this article vis a vis CNN and was fascinated by the idea of the writer who was a spy. Lately, there has been a barrage of stories about the mad writer. I find it comical, at best and insulting, at worst.
