Joie de vivre

I love to read about the successes of other people. It proves to me that real intelligence backed with enthusiasm isn't dead.

Success doesn't have to be about survival of the fittest or chancing quantum leaps. It's about hunger and determination, knowledge and skill.

Taking control of one's aspirations in life is a key ingredient of declaring independence. Take time to write your own Declaration of Independence and you'll be rewarded with personal liberation.

I applaud the efforts of diligent work like those of Wendy Aron and Steven Browne, two of many Red Room members, who achieved success through enthusiastic intelligence.

There have been times of traveling in my life. I've lived in exotic places like Istanbul, Athens, Lucerne, Dubrovnik, Florence, and of course in a couple of states in the U.S. The pages of my future novels will be filled with facts and electric fiction of areas I have lived and traveled through, as well as fired up with smart, robust characters engaged in suspense, thrills and adventure.

I'll continue to read about the successes of other Red Room members, and wish them luck in their endeavors. And, to all of you struggling with the process of getting published, just do what I do; self-publish and self-promote. That way you'll have complete control and independence over your projects.

Sincerely,

Ben Campbell
