- Home sales remain infrequent in American Samoa, but recently the Samoa News reported a listing of three 1/4-acre lots. Two of the lots come with three-bedroom, one-bath homes and are listed for $85,000. The third lot is undeveloped and lists for $55,000. The homes are fairly small and basic. .
