Author to attend 5th Micronesia Real Estate Investment Conference

HAGATNA, Guam-Steve Bergsman, expert writer on real estate, will attend the 2009 Micronesia Real Estate Investment Conference on Oct. 2 and 3 at the LeoPalace Resort.

Bergsman will be signing copies of his latest book, published this year, at the conference.

After the Fall: Opportunities and Strategies for Real Estate Investing in the Coming Decade will provide readers with a comprehensive and informative update sure to be of interest to those looking to make strategic real estate investments.

Bergsman is also the author of Maverick Real Estate Financing, Maverick Real Estate Investing, Passport to Exotic Real Estate, and Buying U.S. and Foreign Property in Breathtaking, Beautiful and Faraway Lands-which includes chapters on Guam and Saipan. He is also a noted commentator on real estate, writing for a number of leading publications, and a noted travel writer.

The theme of the 2009 conference, hosted by the Captain Real Estate Group of Companies, is “Micronesia Real Estate: Building Momentum.”

The Micronesia Real Estate Investment Conference is held every two years and attendance has grown to several hundred delegates. In October 2001, 120 delegates attended the first conference; 150 in September 2003; 175 in 2005, and just under 300 delegates attended in 2007.

At the conference, a variety of expert speakers will address an audience of several hundred attendees and participate in a number of panel presentations and workshops.
