Thoughts and Imagination

July 23, 2009, 9:27 am

Will you dare walk with me on this journey of new beginnings founded on hope and beauty of the spirit in the face of challenges and trials that threaten to endanger our love and cherishment for one another across this hurting world we live in each new day?

I see visions of glory and
wonders across the earth.

I view breath-taking
landscapes far away
from home.

I view your love
and tears through
this starring window
in the dark.

Through this empty
window, I view dark,
grey clouds of the
tender night.

Seducing dawn will
soon meet me with
beauty and refreshing
dews of the new morning.

Yet, all alone, I sit
here wandering through
this silent window in
the dark.

I am here, waiting for
your new, beautiful
morning. And it is
through this window
in the dark that I
must see the first,
embracing sun rays.

Thoughts and Imagination ...

I wonder.
I ponder.

I wonder what this
new morning will be
for you and for me
through this hopeful
window in the dark
because this day,
I see visions of blue
and wonders of glory
across our enchanting
ebbing earthly home.

These are my abiding thoughts and imagination this new day. Think along with me. Envision along with me. And see this new dawn of rewarding beginnings built on unwavering hope and calm, refreshing mornings. I dare you to walk with me on this journey in thoughts and imagination ...

I am very grateful for your encouraging comment, Luciana. Hope does really count for that essence that makes us humane enough to be called human beings.  Thanks for your valuable time.

thank you,Ugonna, for this beautiful poem.Thoughts and imagination are a big part of my day.Although grounded in the realities of life that see no change, in my thoughts and imagination I once travelled 3000 miles to a kindred soul through the magic of cyberspace. Although he could not stay there with me,in thoughts and imaginnation,he is still very much with me,and I carry a piece of him in my heart and soul, and will always love him, even though we never met except through cyberspace.
