One of my favorite Red Room authors, Lawrence Wright, was part of a distinguished panel discussing the U.S.A. and al-Quaeda on the news program, Empire which can be viewed on Al Jazeera English.  Mr. Wright wrote the ruthlessly researched book "The Looming Tower: The Road to 9/11."

Journalist Marwan Bishara hosts a  varied group which also includes, General Richard Myers, Dr. Marc Sageman and Christopher Dickey with news clips and opinion from other well respected experts on the subject.

I highly recommend the  program if you have an interest in current events.
