The Morning ritual
When i studied at school this year i always woke up at 8-30 when my lessons were at 9-20. But if at that time i could - i would have surely woken up after 12 p.m. Now when school and work are over i got this annoying habit - waking up at 9 o'clock or even earlier (even if the previous night i went to bed after 2 am).
Yesterday i was reading an x-file fanfic till 1-30 am. But today i woke up at 5 am and couldn't sleep anymore. Maybe it was wind that woke me - i forgot to close the window, and cold air filled the bedroom. I got up and went to the kitchen to make some tea and then returned to bed. I decided to read the book that i bought yesterday - Twilight by Stephanie Meyer.
The language in Twilight is pretty simple - you can read the hole book at once and don't even notice how the time passed.) The storyline in Twilight reminds me of some teenage TV-series, except for the vampires). I won't pass any judgement yet (because i didn't read it completely), but what i can say now - is that "Twilight" is interesting and mysterious, it's easy to read. All in all i like it, but i wouldn't call it a masterpiece of modern literature (at least not yet). But i love it though. I haven't read something as hypnotizing as Twilight since Harry Potter books.
I read a few chapters and realized that i was falling alseep. No, the book was very interesting, it was just because of my 3,5-hour night sleep. I closed the book and started to doze off, when i heard loud noises from the window. I almost forgot about the morning ritual of trolley-drivers))). There is a trolleybus park in front of the building where my appartament is.) Every summer morning around 6 or 7 am you can hear the trolley-drivers arguing about some stupid things.)) So today i was listening to them and laughing quietly and couldn't sleep untill they were gone. At 7-30 everybody in my family woke up so i couldn't sleep till 9 o'clock.) Only then i finally fell asleep.
Just few years ago i didn't care about any noises, when i slept. I don't know what happened, but i became an easy-waker)) Maybe i'm just feeling my age%)))
