Description

"Where were you when you heard Kennedy was shot?" has almost become a cliché. We're going to expand it a bit by telling stories about where we were when recent events that have become historically important occurred. If you had personal ties to the event, so much the better.

We are Stardust, we are golden: Woodstock 1969

I've missed Woodstock three times. The original, and the faux Woodstocks in the 90's.
There have been times I felt I was born too late. I wanted to live during the sixties, when things were happening. The Beatles! Drugs! Ed Sullivan on every Sunday night!
Now I'm glad I was born in the seventies, but it would've been fun to been at Woodstock.

author of the Haunted Ballad series, the Kinkaid Chronicles, five standalone novels, numerous short fiction and essays, and a lot of snippy opinions.

Stardust, Golden. Present then (defined the rest of my life!), present and representing now. Shall share some tunes later on.
