Welcome to the third annual Gathering. This year’s theme--There and Back Again: Time, Place and Story--promises to take you on a creative journey with internationally celebrated authors Salman Rushdie, Gregory Maguire, Loung Ung and Nancy Willard as they explore the meaning of time and place in their own lives and work.

Join a diverse group of people—literature-lovers, writers, artists, academics, explorers of all stripes—in an informal and intimate setting. A shared interest in exploring creative expression in a variety of literary genres and discovering new sources of inspiration will unite us for the week-end.

Embark on a shared journey of creative exploration and personal growth from Thursday to Sunday, July 16-19 2009, at the beautiful campus of Keystone College in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
