• I'm a hack. A sincere and ethusiastic hack.

  I love sharing the good news about artists, and have primarily been an entertainment and recreation freelance writer.

  Last year, I wrote a poem in five minutes and was shocked when it was published in a local anthology. I'm thinking I shouldn't think so much - I get better results that way.

  I really need to prepare a "professional writer" resume, but I've been procrastinating because I'm just a hack writer.

  I'm also stalling on a bio a lovely jazz singer wants me to write. I have an article about a UT student involved in Women for Women International due in 1 week. So, why don't I get moving already. Jeez.

Family

• Three birds, one foster cat, and an excellent gentleman friend.
  Parents are still alive & living in Knoxville. My brother has disappeared. He's good at that.
