About Me
I was born and raised in Berkeley, California, home of the unwashed masses. After taking a year and a half off of Community College, writing my first book, and moving across the country, I have somehow found myself attending Columbia University, where I study writing. I live in New York City, and entertain fantasies of making a decent wage as a writer, someday.
The novel (still unpublished, of course) that I wrote was somewhat in the mode of the old historical swashbucklers of the 19th and early 20th centuries, but with a good helping of the colonialism, racism, and class politics of the time. All told, it's really characters that appeal to me the most, but that doesn't stop me from writing them in every time period, and fantastical genre, that catches my fancy, and attempting to make my stories exciting. It simply makes things more fun for me to write.
