I'm a white female who is a novice antiracist.  I am a former principal and school change coach and am now working with educator licensing in my state.  I have much unlearning to do.  And, I am committed to taking on my white privilege even though I don't often see it.  But when I do, I go into action.

I have a husband, and two sons. One of my sons is a bilingual math teacher at Lincoln High in San Diego. I am so proud of them all!
