LA Pritchett's first taste of publication was at age seventeen in her hometown newspaper. Through the years, her passion of reading and writing has only grown stronger with time. Professional and personal growth opportunities continually fuel her writing fire. . . She has won numerous awards, including the 2008 National Novel Writing Month competition. In 2006 and in 2007, she won awards through the publisher, Associated Content for Non-Fiction Challenge Contests. The 2006 Challenge was for "The Best Mistake I Ever Made."
