    Kirsten Osolind is the creator of the popular new Twitter Soap Opera, CHICAGO TO CORONADO. The storyline is loosely based on her personal relocation from Chicago to Coronado, California, in the summer of 2008.  For more, visit: CHICAGO TO CORONADO

    She is also CEO of RE:INVENTION, a Coronado and Chicago based marketing consulting firm that drives measurable marketing results for high growth financial services and technology companies. In five short years, Osolind has transformed RE:INVENTION from a start-up to a nationally noted agency that served Fortune 500 leaders like Genworth and Vanguard…leading organizations like Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council and Boardroom Bound…and high growth startups like BrightScope, Jajah, Everythingattitude.com, Marcel Media, and PhatNoise. Her 18 year marketing career includes roles as Whole Foods' National Marketing Director, WebMD's Director of Advertising and Media, General Mills' Ethnic Marketing Manager, and Brand Manager at Coke and P&G. During her corporate career, she wrote over 70 annual ROI-driven strategic plans; edited and launched Whole Foods' first cookbook, national gift card & e-mail newsletter; introduced Hispanic kids to Go-Gurt; declared a National Tea War; shadow-boxed with Muhammad Ali during the filming of a SuperBowl commercial; convinced Dilbert to take the Nestea plunge; and led PET packaging rollout for Coke’s Non-Carbonated Beverages division.

    The former elected National Chair of Public Policy for the National Association of Women in Business, Osolind has been noted or quoted in over 500+ women's and biz publications from Redbook and Pink to BusinessWeek and INC. She currently or has previously served on many national and local boards (the National Advisory Board of the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, the Board of Directors of Invincibelle, the National Association of Women Business Owners National Leadership Council, the first YWCA Chicago Future Leaders Board, the Springboard Enterprises Midwest Steering Committee, the Illinois State of Women in Politics Committee). She was an elected member of the prestigious Economic Club of Chicago and chaired the 2006 NAWBO National Public Policy Conference, attended by thousands of women small business owners across the country. A 2005 Entrepreneur Magazine monthly marketing columnist, Osolind edited one of the nation's top marketing blogs according to Ad Age and INC Magazines. She led creation of RE:INVENTION’s "Venture Funding for Women" Report, a groundbreaking analysis of gender disparities in VC dollars, frequently referenced as an industry barometer by National Media.

    In 2009, Osolind was recognized as one of the nation's 100 Leading Female Internet Heroes- by The Next Women Magazine. She has served as a Web 2.0 speaker/panelist at various PR Newswire conferences, Social Networking Conference 2008; AD:TECH, various Forte Foundation Conferences; Duke, Northwestern and NYU University Annual Conferences for Women; the Publicity Club of Chicago; Chicago's Small Business Opportunity Center; WorldWIT; the Society for Professional Consultants; Yarn Market News and more. A fan of Havaianas flipflops and Prada stilettos, Osolind received her MBA from Duke.
