I work as a holistic coach, therapist and healer. As a coach, I mainly work with the 3G-method (an abbreviation of the Dutch words gedachten, gevoelens and gedragingen, meaning thoughts, feelings and behaviours). I am the founder of the 3G-method.

I have written two books and two poetry albums. My newest book 'Make your dreams come true' is about the 3G-method and has appeared 14 April 2009 in Germany ("Mache deine Träume wahr") and before the end of 2009 also in the Netherlands. We are now looking for a publisher in England and/or America.

Writing non fiction and poetry. Working on the improvement of my health and condition in the gym. Making music (singing and guitar playing). My work as a professional coach is also my hobby.

The 3G-method I developed over the years in my Practice for Holistic Coaching and Therapy is a new dimension in the field of Positive Thinking, Self-Help and the Creation of inward and outward success. My newest book 'Mach deine Träume wahr', the German version of the Dutch book 'Maak je dromen waar'('Make your dreams come true') is a perfect addition to Rhonda Byrne (The Secret), Eckhart Tolle (The Power of Now), Stephen R. Covey, Esther and Jerry Hicks, Lynne Mc. Taggart, Bärbel Mohr and many others. It combines scientific research (Antonio Damasio, Timothy Wilson, Benjamin Libet c.s.) with spirituality and above all: insight and practical experience.
