About Me

  • I grew up in Southeast Kansas in the shadow of Big Brutus, the world's second-largest coal steamshovel.

My writing has appeared or is forthcoming in The Moon City Review, 417 Magazine, and GO Magazine. I am also the librettist for an opera, Andrew Paul Jackson's The Memory of Liars: An Evening with Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin, which premieres at the Boston Conservatory on April 28th, 2009.
