Michael began writing at a young age. In elementary school, he wrote a story about answering an ad in the back of Boy's Life magazine for a UFO blueprint, and remarkably enough, the design worked.
Unfortunately, his classmates did not share his grasp of irony, and he was soundly humiliated for his efforts. Fast-forward thirty years, and Michael is just beginning to venture back out into the undiscovered country of writing, this time with a significantly thicker skin.
