Paco Ahlgren was born in El Paso, Texas and spent the earliest part of his adulthood as a professional musician, touring and recording, while simultaneously studying music theory, English, and philosophy. Ultimately, he earned a degree in finance, and has worked as an economist and a financial analyst for the last seventeen years. He never abandoned his philosophical roots, however, and has spent the last two decades devouring subjects ranging from eastern epistemology and metaphysics, to quantum mechanics, to psychology.
