About Me

  • Born and grew up in Kenya-Published Poet and Writer-Film maker  and actor.

    FILMS-

    BULLETS NO MORE -The film focusing on the plight of the Internally Displaced Persons(IDPs) in Kenya during the post election violence of 2007-2008. 

    BOOK

    His  Magnum Opus.‘The Refugee-Voiceless Voice’-focusing on plight of refugees got published in 2008.

    His selected works are being translated into Bangla by fellow poet from Bangladesh -Ashraful Musaddeq for a book on  21st century poets from 21 countries .

    • Yesterday as i travelled from Tanzania to Kenya-i took this picture of the donkeys on the road.They had refused to move out of the road prompting the owner-to beat them.They refused to move at all-Perhaps a boycott-or a strike to push their agenda through-HUNGER.Not just the donkeys are facing hunger in Kenya right now- They are joined by  over 10,000,000 Kenyans.
