Born in San Francisco, I grew up in the Silicon Valley, then studied art and English at the University of California, Berkeley.
Started a spiritual practice around this time also with zen and meditation. Then studied yoga, personal development, world religions, metaphysics, and self help.
A contemporary painter, I also had a show of my paintings in N.Y. and later was an art consultant and gallery owner in Carmel, CA.
