About Me

  • I'm the eldest among 3 children, still single and waiting for my one true love...my parents asked me to take up Business Administration in college but writing is really my passion and after a few years I proved to them that I can become a writer though I started from scratch and doesn't have the formal education in writing. I was a newspaper reporter in our commmunity newspaper and that started it all. Right now, I'm a freelance writer and at the same time an online English teacher for koreans.

  • My Sacred Sanctuary

    November 5, 2009

    • If there is one secret hide away you would like to seclude yourself into, where can it be? Besides serene landscapes and breath taking sceneries and communing with nature, I treasure a place where I can be my self and be engrossed in my own refuge with gazillion of precious books without a care in the world around me.   I am one self-certified book worm and wordsmith and so I can spend ...

    October 29, 2009

    • *NOTE: In this blog, the lead star is not me but my “companions” when I’m drifting in my own world.       They say diamonds are a girl’s best friend but I can trade them just to have a collection of books from my fave author! I don’t need sparkling jewels to wear on my neck, wrists or fingers, don’t need precious gems nor a 24-carat gold…what I treasure most are books, ...

Is it because He’s the Almighty, powerful being that He shouldn’t let these catastrophes ...
  • Unsung Heroes Amidst the Storm

    October 13, 2009

    •     How do you picture a true blue hero? One who dons a colorful costume like Superman or Batman and Robin or better yet like Spiderman? Does he have to be tall, handsome and has a well-toned body? There are lots of unsung heroes amidst our surroundings especially in those times of emergencies and natural disasters. I’m not talking about the rescuers of Red Cross or the coast guards but ...
  • Oil Pastels In the Cobwebs

    October 11, 2009

    •      I am one creative soul, an artist every inch of the way and this could have been one other profession I embarked on had I not taken up a course far from my dreams…I’m not just a wordsmith, I’m also a frustrated painter -  a lover of art and one who sees the beauty in all of  things that surround me.      Arts is one subject in school that fascinates me so much next to ...
