Rating: With a lucid narrative style and a refereshing self-deprecating sense of humor (too many foodies take themselves way too seriously!), Paget's "take" on food is easy to digest....In fact, her enthusiasmisso infectuous that even more timid gourmands may wish to "make reservatiosn" to sample some of this exotic fare.

Five out of five gold pens for anyone who can make me want to try "baba ghanouj" (eggplant appetizer) or "salade sabzi" (Persian salad).
