Author Comment:
It was quite a challenge blending golf wisdom with a rock 'n' roller's true tales, but the alchemy did take hold. Alice Cooper has influenced so many great musicians and has a great organization and manager behind him. He is an intelligent, imaginative, and moral man who never takes himself too seriously, even though he has spent his life with so many amazing artists, including Salvador Dali and Groucho Marx. Although his alter ego on stage is still pretty scary, Alice talks forthrightly about overcoming his stuggles with alcoholism and how switching addictions from drink to golf truly did save his life.
