What many people don’t realise is that planning for an event should begin six to eight months in advance and the first thing is to identify a reason for holding it. Member’s quarterly events are ok for a start, but you need to be quite imaginative when it comes to corporate and charity events.
Ideally, the event should be exciting and you can create excitement by working with a famous sponsor, such as Mercedes Benz, Vietnam Airlines, etc, or simply by making it very unique, like “Swing For Life” or the “Gannon Vietnam Open Championship”.
