Ecstatic Relations: A Memoir of Love

Ecstatic Relations: A Memoir of Love

Synopsis:

Ancient Hindu scripture says that some "longing in the darkness" propelled our world into being. Deep bonds with the people we love are an expression of that primal force, a doorway to ecstasy. These soul bonds are sensual, are EROS. Here are true stories of a woman's intense connection with beloveds of every gender, every generation - and even cross the boundary of species, in a story of a child's passion for her mongrel dog.

Book Excerpt:

In the thrall of love I recognize the place just at the edge of memory that I had almost, but not quite, forgotten. I remember it as "home"...

Author Comment:

Of all the books in this quartet of books, this is my favorite. I believe that ecstasy is our birthright, and that love is the glue that holds the universe together. Writing my own love stories as a way of being philosophical, gave me more pleasure than I can say. I hope it warms the hearts of every reader who reads this book.
