I actually argued with my publisher that this book should be called Streetwise EBusiness because only 3 or 4 chapters covered Ecommerce and the rest was about doing business online, marketing your business online, and using the Internet to grow your business reach. But alas, the author rarely wins those debates. I definitely feel this is a useful book to any business owner struggling to integrate the Internet into their business processes. Basic but not dumbed down.
